Refund Policy

Heart Saver USA does not offer discretionary refunds for online course purchases. This includes changes of mind, not starting or finishing a course, an unsuccessful assessment, or a third party deciding not to accept a course or completion document. Please check course details and any employer or licensing requirements before paying.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. If we charged you more than once for the same purchase, you were charged for an order you did not make, or you paid but cannot access the course, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the problem in accordance with applicable law.

You can leave checkout before completing payment without purchasing. If a payment has already been completed, the no-discretionary-refunds policy above applies, subject to your legal rights.

Email [email protected] with the email used for your account, the course name, order reference if available, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
